ht9999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on This Platform

Article 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ht9999" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://ht9999.app and all associated services, game products, promotions, and customer support functions.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ht9999 platform or who accesses ht9999 services in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player following completion of the ht9999 registration process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary and sole currency of all ht9999 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, matched deposit, cashback amount, free bet, tournament prize, or loyalty reward issued to a Player by ht9999, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

• "Malfunction" means any technical error, software fault, connectivity failure, or data corruption affecting the outcome or settlement of a Game round or bet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total PKR amount that must be wagered on eligible Games before any Bonus credit or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

References to "including" are illustrative and not exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where a conflict exists between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version prevails.

Article 2

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an Account at ht9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ht9999 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary ban from any gambling platform that encompasses ht9999's services.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not have previously held an Account that was closed by ht9999 for breach of these Terms.

ht9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following a change in account activity patterns. Acceptable identity documents include a Pakistan CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistan passport, or an equivalent government-issued identification document.

Where ht9999 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements above, ht9999 may suspend the Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and — if the ineligibility is confirmed — permanently close the Account. Any PKR balance resulting from wagers placed during a period of confirmed ineligibility may be forfeited at ht9999's discretion.

Article 3

Account Registration

To access real-money Games on ht9999, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method details.

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information during registration — including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the ht9999 platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or using variations thereof, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. ht9999 uses a combination of mobile number verification, payment method analysis, and device fingerprinting to detect and close duplicate Accounts. Any PKR balance held in a duplicate Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

ht9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of the eligibility requirements in Article 2.

Article 4

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ht9999 login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ht9999 recommends that all Pakistan Players:

• Use a strong, unique password of at least 12 characters for their ht9999 Account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable OTP two-factor authentication in account security settings.
• Never access ht9999 from a public or shared WiFi network without additional security measures.
• Log out of the ht9999 platform fully after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to ht9999 support immediately.

ht9999 will not be liable for any losses — including loss of PKR balance, bonus credits, or personal data — arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ht9999 support immediately via the English-language live chat service to request an emergency account suspension pending investigation.

ht9999 customer support staff will never ask you to disclose your full password or a current OTP code in any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ht9999 immediately.

Article 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ht9999 platform are denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast are credited to your ht9999 PKR wallet upon confirmed receipt — typically within seconds for mobile wallet transfers.

ht9999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside ht9999's control. Pakistan Players are advised to check their Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank fee schedules for outgoing transfers.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method supporting outgoing transfers. Where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, ht9999 may request an alternative Pakistan bank account or wallet in your verified name.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.
• ht9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified PKR payment method registered in the Account holder's own name will be declined pending investigation.

ht9999 processes withdrawal requests in the order received. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically settled within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, MCB, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically settled within two hours during standard Pakistan banking hours. ht9999 does not guarantee specific settlement times and will not be liable for delays caused by payment provider processing times or banking system interruptions.

Article 6

Bonuses & Promotions

ht9999 offers a range of promotional incentives to Pakistan Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, loyalty point rewards, and seasonal tournament prize pools. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General conditions applicable to all ht9999 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Pakistan Players who have completed the age verification process.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Account, per promotion period. Duplicate Accounts claiming bonuses will have all associated balances forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets on eligible Games within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain Games (including, but not limited to, certain live dealer side bets and Games with RTP above stated thresholds) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements — rates are stated in specific bonus terms.
• ht9999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively reduce wagering requirements already in progress.
• Bonus credit and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure, whether voluntary or enforced.

Article 7

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Every Game available on the ht9999 platform is subject to its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules on any point, the specific game rules prevail in relation to that Game only.

All RNG-based Games on ht9999 — including jackpot slots, video poker, and RNG table games — use software certified by internationally recognised independent testing laboratories. Live dealer Games use real physical equipment operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. ht9999 does not manipulate Game outcomes in any way beyond the published RTP and game mechanics of each title.

Malfunction voids all pays and play. In the event of a Malfunction — whether caused by a software error, data feed failure, connectivity interruption, or any other technical cause — ht9999 reserves the right to void any affected Game round, bet, or payout. Where a Malfunction results in an incorrect display of a winning outcome, the bet is void and the staked amount will be returned to the Player's PKR wallet. ht9999 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a Malfunction.

ht9999 prohibits advantage play strategies that exploit promotional offers, bonus mechanics, or game irregularities in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Detection of systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion between Players may result in Account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and permanent Account closure.

Article 8

Responsible Gaming

ht9999 is committed to the welfare of Pakistan Players and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All Players are encouraged to game responsibly and within their financial means. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity — never a source of financial stress or personal harm.

ht9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from Account settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on total PKR deposited to your ht9999 Account.
• Loss limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on total PKR wagered and lost.

• Reality check notifications — periodic pop-up reminders displaying your net session result.
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, activating immediately upon request.

Any reduction in deposit or loss limits takes effect immediately. Any increase in limits is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active. Article 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ht9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding balance:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification at any time.
• Creating more than one Account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their explicit authorisation.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game, tournament, or promotion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the ht9999 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, Malfunctions, or data feed errors to generate an unfair advantage — whether or not you believe such exploitation is technically possible without detection.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal financial activity using the ht9999 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward ht9999 support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or modify any software component of the ht9999 platform.

ht9999 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where legally required or where ht9999 believes criminal activity has occurred.

Article 10

Suspension & Account Closure

ht9999 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cool-off period.
• A period of prolonged Account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive calendar months with no login), subject to prior notice via the registered contact details.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any outstanding PKR balance may be forfeited at ht9999's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — including voluntary closure or inactivity — any remaining verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Player's verified Pakistan payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact ht9999 support via the English-language live chat service. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. A Player whose Account has been closed for breach may not re-register without ht9999's express written consent.

Article 11

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the ht9999 platform — including but not limited to the ht9999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software architecture, game content provided under licence, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to ht9999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ht9999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ht9999 content without prior written authorisation.

Game content on ht9999 is provided under licence from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with their respective providers. ht9999 makes no representations regarding the ownership of third-party game content.

Article 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ht9999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of PKR balance, winnings, or bonus credits arising from a Malfunction, third-party service interruption, or circumstances beyond ht9999's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to access the ht9999 platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account login credentials as required under Article 4.
• Decisions made by a Player in the course of gameplay, including all wagering decisions.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, payout calculations, or game results arising from a data feed error, subject to the Malfunction voiding policy in Article 7.

Nothing in these Terms excludes ht9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ht9999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. ht9999's maximum aggregate liability to any Pakistan Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total PKR deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Article 13

Privacy & Data Protection

ht9999 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ht9999.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, ht9999 collects and processes personal data — including identity information, Pakistan mobile number, payment details, and gaming transaction records — for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, anti-fraud monitoring, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. ht9999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections and stored in accordance with applicable data security standards. Player payment credentials — including Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet details — are not retained in recoverable plaintext on ht9999 servers.

Article 14

Amendments to These Terms

ht9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the fundamental conditions of Account operation — ht9999 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or direct communication to your registered Pakistan mobile number.

Continued use of the ht9999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact ht9999 support to request voluntary Account closure.

The version of the Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page is the version currently in force. Previous versions are archived and available on request by contacting ht9999 support.

Article 15

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable governing law of the jurisdiction in which ht9999 is registered and operates.

Pakistan Players acknowledge and agree that any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated under the governing law applicable to ht9999, and that ht9999 may seek urgent or interim relief in any competent court without waiving the foregoing.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
